Juventus have appointed former Italian national team boss Spalletti to take the helm until the end of the season.
The 66-year-old takes over from the Croatian manager, who was sacked post the Lazio setback recently.
Tudor had joined the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but exited following a seven-month stint following a string of eight matches without a victory.
Spalletti led Napoli to the Serie A title in 2022-23 before taking charge of Italy, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup during Roberto Mancini's tenure.
He helped them qualify for Euro 2024 but were eliminated in the round of 16 by Switzerland.
Nonetheless, Italy dismissed Spalletti in June following a loss to Norway in World Cup qualifying, as Italy faced the possibility of not making a third World Cup in a row.
Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and secured two Russian Premier League titles with Zenit St Petersburg.
Massimo Brambilla served as interim manager for Juventus for their 3-1 win against Udinese on Wednesday placing them seventh in the Serie A standings - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.
Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, after recording one defeat and two ties in the initial three fixtures.
